So what is the former Georgetown coach up to now? He is racking up massive air miles to broadcast games for ESPN.

Last Thursday night, he was doing the broadcast of St. Mary's vs San Francisco
36 hours later he traveled cross country, and was doing Cincy at UConn
Tonight he is doing the SMU at Houston game

I guess ESPN really likes his expertise concerning once proud programs that have became irrelevant.

I believe ESPN does a lot of broadcasts from studios now.
I don’t think JTIII was on site for all those games and was calling them from the studio.

The ESPNU games are done from studios. I don't think ESPN or ESPN2 though.

Makes sense. I was wondering why they would send an analyst cross country for two meaningless games.

Thought for sure this thread was going to be about his demise. Even though he coached G-town, I was dreading opening this one. Don't wish ill for him, except if he were to return to coaching.
