Anyone know what he’s listed at size wise these days?

Statisically he’s been unbelieveable so far this season. 66 points (35, 31) in 7 games.

Foes – Whitesboro, home, cba, esm, new Hartford, fulton and Cortland

Speaking of Section 3. Very down this year.

#7 FM, #14 Liverpool, #20 Genny (4-3)…Ithaca #5
#2 JD, #8 Carthage
#2 Caz, #7 CBA, #10 Skaneateles, #15 Cortland

Those are the only Section 3 teams state ranked right now.

Caz looks really strong. They squeaked by Homer, Lafayette and BVille, and absolutely housed a usually decent Jordan Elbridge team (Gal Thorpe) 18-3.

This Connor Cannizzaro kid from Caz has 38 points and appears on paper to be pretty good. Any insight?

Maryland.

Yep,

Another game Bville should have won. Lost 5-4 in 2nd OT, after numerous chances to win in the first.

That being said, kid was really good.

Evans is the real deal.

Yet another 10-point game for Jamesville-DeWitt's Jordan Evans. Now has 66 points in 7 games. Red Rams rolling.

JD 22, Cortland 4 last Tuesday.

Going to see him play tomorrow vs West Genesee, will try to post some notes.

My HS POY so far? No debate. Jordan Evans. Jamesville-DeWitt. On another level than most in '13 class. Next #22. Um, no. Not a rumor. Fact.

JD beats arguably the best team in Section 5 Fairport 17-9, anyone see the game? Evans stats?

Didn't see it.
5 & 4 for Evans
8 goals for griffin johnson

Saw it. JD was the better team, but the game was marred by piss poor officiating*. Close game until early fourth quarter when fairport goalie makes save and goes down hurt. Defenseman picks up ball to clear, goalie still on ground in pain, and JD causes turnover and scores on empty net. Play should have been stopped but wasn't and that was turning point. Fairport lost its cool and JD took advantage with plenty of man up goals. As for the players, Evans was legit, very quick moves, slick stick work and awesome vision. He is on top center of 3-3 man up and distributes from that spot as well as anyone. Griffin Feiner is their scorer, a junior going to Hartford, he is a big kid that uses his body well to protect stick around crease. Didn't think Firman was as good as I have seen him in the past, good as stick on clears but has trouble on occasion defensively early in game.

*Edit - full disclosure, I coached some of the kids on Fairport in youth lacrosse. That said officials made bad calls both ways, just more outlandish towards Fairport.

Didn't Carcaterra say on National TV "The next SU #22"

What is Fairport AA, A or ,B School? What's JD? was A at one time.

Lafayette knocked off Caz over the weekend. The Lancers are rolling right now. Coached by a Tully grad - I love it.

Section 3 Class C is awesome this year. Between Caz, LaFayette, and CBA there have been great, high scoring games. Looking forward to the playoffs and intersectional games between section 5/6 winner (Silver Creek? Penn Yan?).

Im sure Jordan will be the next 22! youll get to see him in UA all american game im sure and also on the cover of Inside Lacrosse in Sept (I hope):

Woody, what do you think about the rest of the incoming class? Add Galasso and I hope Daniello to the mix and its quite a hull... It'll be interesting to see what happens next year with the attack. Rice is playing very well and I don't think Maltz is gonna get benched anytime soon. The midfielders with Loy, Schoonmaker, and even Lecky is coming on. Gonna be some talent on the roster...

As discussed in another thread, some of that talent may have to go to SSDM as Ianzito did this year.

Jr I think next years class is great and am looking forward to seeing players like Dylan Maltz, Jordan Evans, Thorpe, Weston & Staats (look also for LSM Nikko Manning from OCC). I think we add this to talent we already have and we are going to have a solid team! id like to see more of Gillis, Palasek & Grimm also next year.

I met Nicky Galasso the other week in Syracuse hes a great kid, he said the injury isnt down to any family Genes no one in his family have ever had foot injuries, he had the cast off last week. He loves Syracuse and im sure will be a force next season for us. He is the real deal.

So as you say where does that leave Rice, Ward and Donahue next year with a pile of talent coming in and Galasso and maybe maybe Danielli returning? ive been more than impressed with Rice, he has great poise and looks like he has more to give! Billy Ward and Dylan Donahue will be fighting for a spot after having a great season but that is what this club is about pushing each other everyday to be better! and I think that is exactly what we will be next year........Strong at every position!

The coaches have done a great job this year!

I agree, but as woody just brought up, we also have Grimm and gillis, not o mention Messina there. We got a ton of talent for SSDM
