Joseph is 16-40 from the field in these 6 games and only 1-13 from 3 point land.  It is absolutely critical that he stops hanging behind the 3 point line and drives to the basket from the start.  Having him hang outside and pass the ball around makes life so much easier for the defense.  Especially without Melo you need Joseph banging inside and pressuring the defense on every possession.  Having him take only 27 shots from 2 point range in 6 games shows how passive he has been.
 
Scoop and Brandon don't look like they have bad stats, however 23 of Scoops 49 shots in the 6 games have been from 3 point range.  21 of Brandon's 38 attempted shots have been from 3. 
 
These are three of your key penetrators who should be driving into the defense.  Instead they are settling for 3 point jumpers.    Dion also took 5 of his 9 shots from 3 point land yesterday. 
 
If we want to go deep all therse guys need to make a committment to get to the hoop.
