Possibly overshadowed by the huge Hernandez news is the fact that this guy just failed his second drug test. Here is a guy that drove drunk killed his friend and was fortunate enough to be out on bail. He couldn't keep himself on the straight and narrow so he ends up behind bars. I have trouble comprehending the stupidity of some of these guys. Oh and he is still a cowboy, which is flat out embarrassing.

The media down here in the DFW area are all horribly embarrassed by the Cowboys for having not yet cut him. It's a bit funny listening to them, because they are not just embarrassed but disgusted, and rightfully so. What the hell does this guy need to do to get released?

Even if there is some form of financial benefit to keeping him (i.e recouping a signing bonus) they should move on.
