We would hold the spot for you whether other kids we like later call us or not.  The commitment would last for four or five years, no less.  Therefore we ask of you that you act in good faith in return, by informing us promptly when you are even considering another school.  You get my drift.  I'd love to be a fly on the wall or be able to ask Desko how he goes about recruiting.
