He's a high schooler, currently has offers from Nevada, Hawaii, and SD St (Commit) per Rivals - 2 star. Scout lists same offers, and has him as a 2 star #142 ranked CB. ESPN lists same offers, but has him as a 3 Star with a 79 rating and the #40 CB. He's SD State's highest rated recruit per ESPN.

"Vaughn is an outstanding athlete with the run, catch skills needed to make big plays as a receiver and punt return specialist. Displays the foot quickness and playing speed to shut down receivers when playing man coverage. We feel his height and athleticism are best suited for the cornerback position."

Sounds like Miller's HS career was stopped short because of injury which led to a lack of offers.

I think Vaughn just sees Syracuse as a bigger offer.

Atkins recruits the Cali Jucos. Rivals has Henderson listed as Vaughn's recruiter.

I see us with an offer to MLB Joe Walker at the same school. 6'3" 230, offers from SU and Duke.

Florida kid, committed to Louisiana-Lafayette out of HS (guess they go by Louisiana now - news to me).

Had like 8 or 9 offers before these but biggest of note were San Diego St and Hawaii.

Also, he started the second half of the season last year for Arizona Western as a freshman, beating out a kid that eventually signed with Purdue.
