• Lettered in both football and lacrosse at Cedar Creek High School in New Jersey
• Played both tight end and defensive end on the football team
• Helped lead Cedar Creek to a 14-0 record overall in his senior year, winning the 2021 NJSIAA - South Group III Championship
• Recorded 4.0 sacks on defense his senior year
• Also had 49 tackles, one forced fumble, and one fumble recovery on defense in his senior season
• Caught four passes for 58 yards and a touchdown on offense as a senior
• Chose Coastal over Miami (Fla.), Maryland, Marshall, Arkansas State, Northern Arizona, Austin Peay, Wofford, The Citadel, Duquesne, Robert Morris, Mississippi Valley State, and Stonehill College
