I think his skillset is close enough right now.

This draft is pretty deep late 1st and early 2nd guys are all over the place in various mocks.  If I am him I have to know that if I return next year theres gonna be a ton of preseason hype and will likely enter the year a projected lottery pick and would have to regress and not improve to drop.  That might be better than going late 2nd to a team with 3 PGs on the roster and sent to the G League on a 2 way deal.

But theres a 2 way deal for him out there if Buddy and Swider got them.
