from reading a post in a link below, what if:

all of the starters and key bench players of each of the Final Four team held a joint autograph session, for money, before the Four, so that the NCAA either had to a) declare them ineligible, thus ruining the Final Four for their television partners or b) let them play, thereby setting a precedent.

I think it would be fun to sit back and watch the results. They would have to let them play.
 
You might have the first "all walk-on and student manager" Final Four in history. :cool:

I suspect CBS might come looking for you... as the originator of the concept.
If they were really smart they'd turn the chaos into a reality show and still make money.
 
Calipari would advise his players that they already make more than that; they would thus reject the autograph payments; and Cal would win his championship by default.
 
They'd let them play, then have a 4-year, $10M investigation about the collective $2k that they made, then take down the banners.
