Wow! Unless you've tried that, you just don't know how difficult that is. I've tried single hand snatches with a barbell at a light weight and found it to be not worth the effort. I have to imagine a clean and jerk is a lot harder.
I had the exact same inner monologue, except I'm 37.The 20 year old in me: that is freaking awesome.
The 36 year old lame Dad in me: good lord be careful man that is a torn rotator cuff waiting to happen.
If that’s marek, all of his weight gain was in his lower body. Something isn’t right.
I thought you were older than me. That kid must of practised that a thousand timesI had the exact same inner monologue, except I'm 37.
I'd be more concerned with the elbow or wrist as they tend to be the weak links in the Olympic lifts. A dislocated elbow with only one arm - yikes! At least with 2 arms you can push away with the good one and get out of the way.The 20 year old in me: that is freaking awesome.

Well, I'm an old soul I guess.I thought you were older than me. That kid must of practised that a thousand times
Holy . Not sure that’s worth the potential injury risk but damn
