The quest for the trophy begins March 15 as the First, Second and Quarterfinal Rounds of the 2016 National Invitation Tournament tips off. The first three rounds of the NIT are hosted at the campus site of one of the participating teams. For each game, the higher-seeded team will have the first option to host unless logistical circumstances preclude such an opportunity. First Round games will be played March 15-16. Second Round games are scheduled for March 17-21 and Quarterfinal Round games will be played March 22 and 23. I received NIT ticket info from GA Tech, but that's to be expected as I've bought Syracuse @ GA Tech tickets from them in the past.
