When Syracuse welcomes North Carolina State to the Carrier Dome on Nov. 1, the 'Pride of the Orange' Marching Band will perform with 13 area high school bands, including more than 770 students, at halftime. Syracuse will welcome a number of high school bands from around the area as part of its inaugural Band Day when the Orange returns to the Carrier Dome to take on the Wolfpack. The bands will all perform at halftime during 'Stars and Stripes Day' in a patriotic set. The first 10,000 fans at the Carrier Dome will receive a red, white and blue Syracuse bandana.
