Last week, someone posted video on this forum that showed SB's quasi-option offense running over people and then, when the defense bit, SB's QB burned them with a long TD pass. I don't think I hallucinated this, but if I did, please let me know so I can get a referral.
If I do, in fact, remember this correctly, someone explain to me why Shafer was shocked that SB did the same thing in the first half. What was he watching last week? Re-runs of "All my Children?" Did he think playing an FCS team was roughly equivalent to a bye week and was cause to go to the car cash, get a pedicure, etc.
