EDIT and I see you are still trying to turn my comments into something else. I never said I thought Gard is responsible for Howard.  Howard is from the hood.  I expect that behavior from him.  Im not surprised by his combative nature. Just suprised he would swing at some one.  Thats way over the top and impulsive. He's a leader of men and they will follow bad behavior.  Thats a big beef I have in the situation.  To me thats fireable but you will ignore that because it doesnt fit your narrative.
