I believe that for us to become a top 25 team again, we need to do better in NJ recruiting. Having kids come from GA helps offset NJ but still need to do better there in the future.

Eh. What difference does it make whether he does or not. First order of business for Cristobal is to convince NJ hs coaches that things are only going to get better. How they receive him is more important than whether or not Flood stays on imo.

If Flood has any sense of self worth or pride he has already left... If he stays it means he has no money and lives hand to mouth. Only a with no balls would stay somebody will hire him. If there is any assistant(s) on that staff that Marrone feels worthy now (today) is the time to do it. As far as Flood, you never want to be that guy, we like you just not that much.. It's too bad because there a few guys that would be great to have

I think Cristobal is a good hire, I don't think the guy is a genius X and O wise but who is. He can recruit Florida for sure, which will be great for Conf USA.
