I was thinking the same thing only my thoughts were that both teams were a complete mess when the coaches were hired and one has completely turned his around the other has improved gradually.

Snyder is the epitome of doing more with less. Great coach, gets the most out of his players, molds the play style and play calling to match the strength of his players- in other words everything Doug is not.

By the way was stationed at Fort Riley when in the service, and manhattan kansas would't be the easiest place to recruit to. Nice place but humidity is off the charts.
