So far I don't think he has regressed, just not gotten any better. He will pick it up, but for those who hate seeing Rak in there at the detriment of the offense, just keep in mind that getting a really good year out of Baye (especially in terms of consistency) is hardly a guarantee. Gotta get the kid ready. As far as the fouls, they were ticky tack jobs, but I think he put himself in bad position. I thought he was a step slow in recovering when a man got inside, and a likewise a step late getting out to the foul line. Obviously not a desirable combination.
