Kid dribbling/basketball prodigy story - anyone remember?

There was a story posted here, with a link to a newspaper's video of a young boy, maybe 9 or 10 years old(?) who was a phenomenal ballhandler. I thought it was an upstate New York story, from about a year ago, but i could be wrong. Does anyone recall the name or how i could find that link?
