Looks like Knicks will pick up a run of the mill veteran pg, but I would love to see Rautins get a chance. Sucks that he was injured at the end of last year where he wouldve gotten a little playing time.

Jamaal Tinsley is an option, albeit not a great one, but he was a great passer early in his career with the Pacers. JJ Barea will be available.

Chandler is a free agent. I don't believe this is a sign and trade deal

It also goves dallas a trade exception...doesnt help NY but but its doing a "solid" for a team you may do business with again.

Dallas can use that trade exception to take on more salary even though they are over the cap

I know that but I thought they going to be enough under the cap with the amnesty of of Billups whom they never should have resigned. But is going to be a sign and trade. I am still hoping they go after Flynn he would be great in Mike's system.
