Louisville's "hack the out of them - they can't call every foul" style of play is garbage. The refs are easily influenced by that style during home games especially.

I am so SICK of whiners here complaining about UL's style of play on D or their D. They play hard and move their feet. They don't grab you constantly and don't bump you constantly. Pitt will do some of that. We don't like it because we don't have the guards usually to exploit their D. I have not heard one analyst like a Bilas or a coach (JB included) ever complain or call out their D. It's getting pretty asinine. People beat them all the time but you need good lead guard play and multiple guys who can drive and negate what they do.

SU doesn't recruit highly skilled offensive players. #1, they have to fit the zone. It takes preference over offensive skills. It's the biggest reason we can't score anymore. Coach Cal just said at half that if they don't rebound they can't win. They are getting killed on the offensive boards against Texas A&M. I don't care how good you think your defense is. If you can't rebound out of it, it's not a good defense. SU spends more time on defense than any team in the country. It's one of the reasons we can't find any rhythm on offense. It hurts even more when you play defense forever and then don't get the rebound.

Well at least you admit they grab and bump, but you give them credit because its not ALL the time. That must be how the refs see it too, especially against duk and grayson fouling out today lol
