I was very leery of the extension at the time because I was concerned he really hadn’t shown anything in the way of team building yet and unfortunately it was warranted. He seems like a good guy. He’s been a good representative, although his shtick has always been a shtick. Coaches are crapshoots. It’s really hard to find a good one and SU needs a particularly good one considering our spot.
