This sounds like the Armen Keteyian/Mike McQueary interview on CBS Evening News two weeks ago. McQueary didn't want to talk. The producer said "we’ve got a camera here, would you mind if we at least documented the fact that I was at the house?" The interview lasted 20 secs. This sounds like the same thing.
