I know someone who plays on the ODU football team, haha. The ODU players are the beach boys (coastal Virginians) that couldn't make the grades at UVA or Tech to get a scholarship or wanted to stay near home in the hood. I have plenty of kids I went to high school with at ODU and it isn't referred to as Ol' Dirty for no reason. Those charges would not shock me in the least if they were true. At the same time, ODU will continue to get better and better at football now that they are D1 and recruits in coastal VA want to stay at home with all their friends. Lethal situation for some of those players, though.
