OLB Nardarius Fagan Lists Syracuse in Top Five
Miami Southridge high school outside linebacker Nardarius Fagan has narrowed his list to five, and expects to make a decision this summer, he told Scout. The three-star product is 6-foot-2 and 190 pounds, with a great quickness on the edge that plays right into what Syracuse wants to do defensively. The Orange were among the five schools he listed as his top considerations yesterday, along with Alabama, LSU, Nebraska and Temple as well. Nick Monroe leads the charge here, as he typically does with Florida prospects.
No idea how we made his list, but I'd give us a 1% chance of landing him.
Robert Washington's was pretty bizarre too. That has to be oddest collection of schools ever for a top end recruit.
Wasn't Washington's list Syracuse, Michigan, Alabama, Florida, and UNC?

The fact that there is a long list of names that are getting the baby jesus prayer puts a smile on my face. Please little baby jesus.
He's on campus right now and if those offers he has are all legit then this kid is a much higher caliber recruit than we usually get to visit.
Kids like this are perfect for our program coupled with the chance to get early playing time versus the likes of Bama or LSU. High 3 star/low 4 star kids have the ability to build their resume over a 3-4 year time period for all ACC honors and if good enough the NFL versus a one shot one year senior chance at Bama/LSU. High 3 low 4 also may get recruited over too whereas a kid like this will be an anchor to our program that is rebuilding under a new but proven HC. Hope he chooses Orange!
