If you can't fight back because of suspensions nowadays, you have to use the media to get your point across.

You can't have your superstar continually getting hit.

I do agree that going through the media (not just LeBron) is annoying, however.

The man is disrespected on all levels despite being at worst the 2nd best player of all time. It's an absolute travesty that the world can't get over themselves and respect how great he is.

I agree with this. He may or may not stand up to dudes if the NBA didn't pathetically eject players for simply pushing someone. We will never know though because Lebron just cannot risk getting kicked out. Also, if he shows he's getting heated during the game, the other team will just antagonize him more. The NBA has really taken the toughness out of the game and its sad.
