If I remember correctly, wasn't Andy's little brother a ball boy at SU (or maybe still is)? I'm pretty sure he was during the '09-'10 season at least. Leo was a player in between the time of the two allegations (ie Lang was a ball boy right before Leo played and Davis was right after) and the SU internal investigation occurred during or before Andy's freshman year. It stands to reason that Andy and his dad must have been aware of an investigation (let alone both of them having a high degree of exposure to Bernie as members of the team). Yet Leo was still comfortable allowing Andy to attend SU (ie he saw/heard/know of no issues prior to 2005 as a player or prominent member of the coaching profession), AND he was confortable allowing the younger son to be a ball boy even after the 2005 investigation.

Furthermore, it appears that Hop and JB allow their kids to be around the team and coaches with regularity. They clearly both knew about the allegations, investigation in 2005, and its outcome. So it would appear that whatever evidence exists was not strong enough to give three fathers pause about their kids being around Bernie.
