JB's comments were true given the information he had at the time.  Insensitive?  Perhaps.  But I'm a body of work kind of guy. The lynch-mob does not have the U's best interest in mind.  They have their own, which is to sell a sensational story and vilify someone's insensitive comments to come across as a superior person.

If the University caves to the lynch mob and fires JB, I will:

[*]Never donate another dime to the University or athletic program.
[*]Resign from my position on a board with the Engineering college.
[*]Never buy another "Syracuse licensed" product again.  And let me tell you, I personally keep the color Orange en vogue.
[*]Generally disassociate myself from the University.  I have steered many students to the school and have recruited multiple Syracuse grads to the Fortune 500 company where I work.
[*]I will never buy another ticket to the Carrier Dome again for anything.
