If that team gets $20 million then it's a fair market deal. I blame Swofford because he's the one who made a big deal out of the ACC having "sole" rights to the Orange, unlike the Rose and the Sugar, which in turn inflated expectations in terms of the payout to the ACC while recognizing the overall value would be less than the other two.
