Who knows what May sway a player to play at Syracus (i.e., money, playing time, school??, and other interests). In short, the GM has to do all of this for just one player who could still be a reach.  Now, multiple this by the number of openings on the team (In our case, 4-5 openings). Then factor in players that say their interest and then decide to go somewhere else.  This is a lot of work.
