Like this? I don’t remember if I bought it or what. Cheap and plastic. I just use it for decor now.

Somewhat related. My daughter has a Syracuse University frame for her license plate. She was on the Thruway pulled over by a trooper for not moving over. She explains that she couldn’t get into the left-hand lane because it was blocked with other cars. He accepted Explanation but gave her a ticket for having that frame covering her license plate. It was $100 fine. He probably went to Connecticut
