I think you have to have a KO specialist to avoid having any run backs at all. Denaburg was very good at KO's. 56 of 62 he put into the end zone for touch-backs. That stat is impressive at least for us or any team.

A Syracuse streak that had lasted 11 years ended Saturday when kicker John Biskup missed an extra-point attempt in the Orangemen’s 43-3 victory over Temple.

Syracuse kickers had hit 262 consecutive PAT attempts, a National Collegiate Athletic Assn. record. They had not missed one since Dave Jacobs failed on Nov. 18, 1978 against Boston College.
