So call it experience, talent, wrong skill sets but I think the point is that the guys we have recruited aren't expected to be able to come in and lead the team as freshman or sophomores, but that is what they have been forced to try to do. If they were Duke / Kentucky level talents we'd have a different result. If we had a few guys who developed in the program (think senior year Southerland, Kris Joseph or CJ Fair at forward instead of Moyer/Dolezaj) to mix in we'd also likely have a different result.
