Little iPhone watching game help needed

Have to watch on my phone at work. I have the march madness app but it says I need an update in order to run the program. I have an iPhone and it says I need to update to iOS 4.3. Do I have to update this from my pc or is there another way? Any help appreciated. Sean.

you can update it from where you are...i think iOS 4.3 came out earlier this week
