The BE has no name brand schools left. This year, recruiting wise, the baby was already put to bed. Its not a major coup that Flood kept the class considering that there have been no other coaching departures and your admins decided they needed to go on the cheap (because of your attendance issues and failed stadium upgrade).
 
The worst case scenario has played out for Rutgers the last 4 months. Left out of the conference re-shuffling. Had a chance to get rid of a mediocre staff (besides recruiting) once Schiano left. To me, this was a blessing in disguise for Rutgers fans. Nobody underachieved more with good recruiting classes than Shady did. Your school could have made legitimate waves with a young stud coach (Cristobal) and your AD completely swung and missed.
 
Instead, your school decided to hire a demoted OC in order to hold together a good recruiting class.  Such a Rutgers move.
