The BiG is no longer content being just the conference of the midwest, they want to be the conference of the northeast and mid-atlantic. The top part of the "T" is secured (the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland). The next part is bottom half of the base, the states of Virginia and North Carolina.
