At some point the older coaches (and anyone in any job) start being evaluated differently- have they lost it? are they losing it. The last 3 years haven't been up to her usual standards. Sounds like she's very defensive about that. Sounds a bit like JB- still very passionate and not so concerned about the critics (though she seems concerned about the critics here, doesn't she)?

What economic justification is there to pay her 1 million plus when you draw under 2000 per game? No wonder so many athletic programs can't pay there bills.
