Nearly every single college basketball season, around the end of february I look back and wonder where the season went. It goes so damn fast. The pre season tourneys of November morph into the conference and NCAA tourneys of March in the blink of an eye..
Not this year. This year the season moved at a galacial pace. It seemed like february lasted for five months. Im not sure if it was the scandals, the fact that we locked things up relatively early and were just awaiting the post season, or a combination of these and some other factors, But man did that season take forever.
It was fun most of the time but quite frankly Im emotionally spent and I dont know if I could have taken another week of this stuff. Im getting too old and cranky
