I feel like the last time I was in the SU Bookstore in Schine, they might have had some.
They carry a lot of the "retro" one-game only shirts.. including the Marathon Men one.
You'll find them towards the back of the SU merchandise section on the main floor... they're folded inside glass cubes, not hanging up. Of course, you could call ahead to check.. 443-9900.
