Let them build it themselves somewhere with alternate donations and financing on their own land so they can further distance themselves from the Syracuse community and city.

Me personally, I am the type that only asks for something once and when/if I don't get it, I will not ask again.  I honestly, even though the new Chancellor said otherwise, wouldn't be surprised if SU very quietly started distancing themselves from cooperation with the city in the future.
 
Miner has the remainder of her term left but is willing for her own ridiculous reasons to jeopardize the next 30 years of this city's future as well as relationships with SU, the Governor, County legislature, etc.
