I'm guessing these two have butted heads in the past.
 
I really have no clue on he is trying to do them other than getting them ready for their Rabies shot,but I am sure it must be good for them.

Looks like he's having them do raised knee situps. I'm not a fan of a strength and conditioning coach having his "clients" do something he probably can't do himself.
 
Yes, he does. I think it's time for a new S&C staff here too. He's had a nice run.

Brotzki and Hicks are Associate Athletics Directors and report to the AD, I don't think Babers can fire either of them.

Thing is...why is it that our team generally always looks smaller than the Louisville's and South Florida's of the world (not to mention Florida St., LSU or Clemson)

While we may have a player or two that are genetic freaks (Shamarko), I don't remember a time when our players were actually physically dominant across the board.

Yep, the head S&C guy is usually there at the discretion of the football coach.
