loss of functionality

i can only put text in my posts. cannot use anything on the toolbar; no bold, no underline, no links, no attachments

using most recent chrome browser on a windows 10 machine

i had to stop using my preferred firefox a while ago because i couldn't even post text.

Did you try hitting the gear icon on the tool bar?

If you accidentally hit that, it takes away the toolbar.

Didn't have a gear, but I selected the brackets [ ] and that did the trick for me. Thanks!
