Following JB's statement. Despite being a good start, he is going to catch a lot of hell regarding his past statements.

That's okay--sentiment will bubble over soon when society has some other public scandal to focus on, or any random celebrity does something interesting.

If the worst that comes out of this is that JB came across as seeming unsensitive in his initial remarks, the program will be lucky. I, for one, believe that JB had no knowledge of any of this unsavory business beyond the accusations / investigation.
