To the OP: Petrino should be gone, he has no character worth keeping. The hot seat may come around next season. Louisville will give him an off year after losing the stating O-Line to graduation.

He can't leave soon enough for me. I dislike him and will not be sorry to see him go.

I think with the sanctions on Louisville and a new AD coming in, Bobby "motorcycle riding with my secretary" Petrino will be gone! The new AD will want to clean house completely with squeaky clean character guys and rebuild the brand of the University.

You may not be far off. I can't see the new AD keeping Padgett either, no matter how well he does. He was part of that tainted staff, and will do zip for recruiting as an interim.
