If you've never seen the falls it's well worth the trip, however there is not a lot to do besides that. Toronto is a great city but that's another 1.5 hours out of your way. Cooperstown is a great little town. If you like baseball it's a no brainer, however the town is real cute and if you bring your wife there are a lot of bed and breakfasts to stay at.
