Put that all together, and if Dungey performs well, stays healthy, and leads a winning team he will absolutely be justified in thinking that it's time for the NFL and there will be some interest. And given the injury history, he should not sacrifice his body and take any more hits as an unpaid collegian if he can be fairly compensated by the NFL as an early entrant QB. Heck, that may even extend his career since he'd almost certainly be a backup and save his body from a bunch of abuse for a while.
