Also, the view is that often times Jr's and Sr's are 2-3 years older than most of the players they're playing against (and everyone their age who was really good/great has moved on) so they should be dominating. Like with Buddy Hield, he was dominant and got noticed. On the flip side, he's only 2 months younger than Andre Drummond who is considered an NBA veteran. Can you imagine Drummond in the college game last year? Honestly, I think it just boils down to does the team have a GM who is good at the draft or not.
