I'm not asking what they currently receive from the school; which is basically "We'll let you enroll in our school for free and not charge you to live in buildings on our campus we own and will feed you at the facility so we can help make sure you're eating right so you can help us win more games and have higher ticket sales, exposure and alumni donations. And we'll give you all the free gear you want from Nike because we know you are a walking billboard and know the thousands of people who cheer you on will want to buy the apparel you're wearing at our university's bookstore." Those are two separate things.

Just a simple, if you don't think they should be able to make money off their own likeness - why not?
