Coach has to fix the problem through working with the player and practice. At a certain point the practice time runs out or the coach can't fix the problem with the player. Even if you say ok, Free throws, turnovers, and bad iso sets on offense are all part of the problem and being addressed or trying to be, the fault still lies with the staff to not recognize the problem before the season started.
