If due dilligence is done in advance, Wildhack should have a short list, and about 5 days to talk to the candidates and make a decision. Plenty of time for the portal. 
5. The new coach and Wildhack need to talk to the players we want most along with their families to try to keep them if they fit the new system. 
6. I have to imagine that Melo will be intensly involved in the search for our new coach, and be a big help in pulling in someone good. 
7. Let's not forget that this is not fun for Red. He might take the high road, and step down early for "personal reasons" Also because he is one of us...Orange.
