I know they recently went 5-1 against ranked opponents, but taking a closer look at whom they beat and where matters. Every win was at home except the 2-point win at Virginia, and Duke and Virginia Tech were two of those teams. Neither is really a world-beater at the moment. After all, Virginia Tech's best win is against Duke at home.

As important, if not more so, is that Florida St. showed today they don't have the guards to win at the highest level.

Still, the team got a good win that it needed. Moreover, it's exhibiting some growth. SU fans should smile, if only until the next game. :)
